User Accounts??? Help Please

Hi,
I have modified some settings in the MMC (Start run MMC)
and cannot figure it out. Now, I am unable to create new
users without passwords. It does not accept the user to
enter the computer without creating a passwords... Please
help me to remove this Force Password Constraint.

One reason I can think of is that you might have "minimum password length"
setting to be some thing other than 0.
Type "net accounts" in a cmd window and look at the value of "minimum
password length". If the value is other than 0 then type "net accounts
/MINPWLEN:0".
Let us know if that doesn't work.
