I have a new XP installation, and there seems to be a
problem with the screen saver and monitor power-off power
saving feature - they rarely work.
Screen Saver: 2 min; Monitor Power Off: 5 min. Yet even
after half an hour or overnight, the desktop is still
visible. Why?
