Error msg. when starting Control Panel

I get this error msg. box when starting Windows Xp based
applications, like Control Panel, MyComputer, etc.
"This module was compiled using a trial version of
Delphi. The trial period has expired." If I turn back my
system date everything works again. Anyone have any ideas
about what is causing this error. XP came factory
installed on my machine. Thanks.

You have spyware installed:
Run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
