give everything a nother look make shure everything is
bluged in right. also make shure you have the right psu
when i changed from pentium to amd i had to buy a new psu
to fit the motherboard.(atx)

Your motherboard LED wires for Power switch etc may be incorrectly placed so
check that.

Apart from that, 350W is massively UNDERpowered for what you have. You need
a 500W.
