Where do you find an equivalent for XP to the Admin Pack
in 2000 to manage Active Directory on a workstation?

You must use the Windows Server 2003 pack for XP machines. Search the
Microsoft downloads site (www.microsoft.com/downloads) for adminpak.msi

As Windows 2003 is now RTM (released to manufacturing), I would think that a
