Help, active x problems

Hi, I can't access any pages that require a https setting.
Also I can't download any active x settings at all.

I get an error message saying that "your current security
settings prohibit running active x controls"

I tried to fix this, & changed my internet security
settings to low, but it didn't work,,.

Maybe I am missing crucial files?

IE6 & Msn explorer wont work properly,

or the windows update site,

& I cant download flash player, or anything

Waaaaaaaaahh ;'(
