How can I change a folder from private to "non"private if
the check box is greyed out? The folder in question is
one of the user folders.

Make sure you are running your file system as NTFS. I don't believe FAT32
supports "Private"

I am running NTFS. Isn't this why I cannot change the
folder to "non-private"?
