I forgot my password to log on to Win XP as a adminstrator
How can log on to Win XP Pro without any disks?
Is there a way to bypass the log on prompt?
I read that i may have to do a clean sweep of everthing
and reset
Is that true?

Or
Reboot to Safe Mode, select Administrator, leave password blank.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the user and change the password.
If you are using Windows XP Pro and have encrypted data, you may
permanently lose access to the encrypted data.
