I am tring to create a .NET ASP appliation, but I receive
an error stating I don't have permission to the Northwind
database. Troubleshooting talk about right clicking
thefolder that Northwind is in, and clicking properties,
then the Security Tab, but I have Windows XP professional
and no security tab. How do I get the tab back?

Is this drive NTFS? If not, look for the simple read-only checkbox. Non-NTFS
drives do not have Security tabs as there is no security on FAT32 drives.

I was experiencing the same problem!!!! From a post in
another group I was tipped that if you go into Tools-
>Folder Options->View from Windows Explorer and UNCHECK
the use simple file sharing check box, then the tab
appears. It worked for me.......
