I cannot view any https sites (like get into hotmail,
kazaa etc...)but the other sites are fine (like this one)
My SSL boxes in windos XP are checked off and the trouble
shooters on everything can nolonger help me. Can you?

Have you changed to FIPS compliant encryption ?=20
If so, make sure TLS 1.0 is enabled in IE options.
