COOL windows explorer error

when i double click on my computer a pop-up says "This
module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi. The
trial period has expired"

this also occurs when attempting to use internet explorer.
I have reinstalled windows xp and no change...thoughts?

Start Windows in Safe Mode
Access Add/Remove Programs applet from Control Panel
Uninstall CPR
Locate the file named CPR.DLL in the system and Delete it.
Restart Windows

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com
(Make sure you update it to current definitions 29th). Run a full system
scan.
