January 5th 04, 11:29 PM
Dear Sir/Madam,

I frequently saw a blue screen at start up in this several months. If i
restarted it, it can be used.
I haven't add new hardware since it was bought one year ago. How can i solve
it?

It is Windows XP(Japanese), Office XP(Japanese)

Thank you very much

The words in the blue screen is as following:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down
to prevent damage to your computer.

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

If this is the first time you've seem this stop eroor screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for
any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, diable or remove any newly installed hardware or
osftware. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you
need
to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer,
press F8
to select Adavnced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.
