connection

Hi

This is my first post so bare with me. So the problem that
I am having is that when I attempt to connect to the
Internet it dials up correctly and verifies the password
ect. But then it fails to connect to the remote computer.
Can anyone help it says that it is an error 619 and I have
followed the instructions in windows regarding this but I
have had no luck. I have also contacted my Internet
provider (Virgin.net) and there is no problem there. Does
anyone have any idea?

Hi Joey

Have you tried disabling all 3rd party programs that might be =
interfering with the connection - such as download managers, firewall - =
not forgetting to enable the XP built-in firewall first, 'speed-up' =
Internet programs etc? What is the error message that you are getting?
