Unfortunately there are many problems this could be:
Hard drive: test the hard drive with a manufactorers disk
from the manufactorers website.
Memory: memory often causes inaccurate problems, use a
memory tester to test problematic memory, or use process
of elimination by pulling memory out one by one.
Virus possibility or patch needed: many times viruses
cause reboot issues, update virus definitions and run
virusscan. Also there are many patches out there that
stop issues with reboots.
Power surges or spikes, make sure your on a good outlet.
Make sure all cables on all hardware inside and outside
the computer are tight. Make sure no wires are frayed.
Best bet is to take it to a professional since they will
no what to look for. Good Luck@!
