My Network Places

Only one of my computers is blocking me (named Kitty in my
network). When I try to access it from another computer I
get the following error:
"\\Kitty is not accessable. You might not have permission
to the network resource. Bla Bla Bla....."
What do I need to do (and the process) to let the other
computers on my network use Kitty. Yes I know it is about
the permissions but i need a helping hand.

Go and physically log on to Kitty with an account that has administrative
priveladges.

Then go Start -> Settings -> Control Panal -> Administrative Tools -> Local
Security Policy.

Then expand the "Local Policies" menu and select "User Right's Assignment"

On the right there should be all sorts of values. Select "Access this
computer from the network" and add "Everyone" to the list. That will
probably solve the problem.
