IE 6

My IE 6 used to open maximized. Now it opens only half
screen. I right-clicked the icon, selected "Properties"
then selected "Maximized" in the "Run" drop down list.
Still not opening maximized.
How do I force it to open maximized?

Drag the borders to full-screen size, then close with FILE|EXIT and see
what happens next time.
