can't go to some websites

What is that little white box with 3 different shapes in
it? I can't go to some of the websites, I can't print any
greeting cards,can't play e-games. Tried to fix the
problem with Dell and MSN but seems they don't know what
I am talking about.Please help whoever can figure out
what's going on. Can this be fix if I change my internet
server?

Anyone downloading these VM installers should make sure that they
are authentic versions, as originally distributed by Microsoft.
I am not questioning the integrity of the files on these sites, but

making a suggestion about due-diligence security wise.
