Activity with my network icons

Hello there,
After powering up my system, I noticed activities with my
network icons in the taskbar as well flashing leds on my
DSL router. It's evident I'm sending and receiving but I
don't know what.
My task administrator analyzer is not helping me much.
Is there a way to tell which program is connected to the
net?
Any help is appreciated.

i have a similar prob, everytime i boot up my system or disconnected from
the net i get a message saying a program wants to connect to a dodjie named
server. its really annoying and i need to know what program is doing it.
any help?
