Woah. Paragraphs are a Good Thing. And sorry, no free email support.
Start by scanning with a current antivirus program (meaning a version
not later than 2002 and using updated virus definitions). Continue your
troubleshooting by removing spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to
update these programs before running them. It is best to run antivirus
and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. Delete your temporary and
Temporary Internet Files.

For the webpage problem: read the help files or FAQ's at the tripod
lycos website.

For finding your posts, use a real newsreader instead of the stupid web
interface. Here's a link about setting up OE as a newsreader:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/support/news/howto
default.asp (note that the url is on two lines to fit into the proper
line length - you'll need to enter it into your browser addressbar on
one line).
