I forgot to add, I've looked in the windows update log
file, and found error messages that the Windows update
troubleshooter had no answer to. Here is the most common
error:
See iuhist.xml for details: Install finished (Error
0x80070052: The directory or file cannot be created.)
Also:
Library download error. Will retry. (Error 0x80072EFD)
Already tried all proxies. Will not retry. (Error
0x80004005: Unspecified error)
