Hi everyone. I am using Windows XP Home. Recently I have
changed things a bit on my pc so that the kids and I can
log in under our own names etc - I don't know if that's
relevant to this prob but I'll mention it anyway just in
case!
Since doing this firstly Windows will not restart or shut
down any more - it just hangs at *windows is shutting
down*. I have to switch off the pc at the power and start
it again that way. Also - it crashes on startup with a
proggy I've never heard of before *uvaush.exe*. As well,
Windows Explorer opens automatically at the hidden files
folder (weird). I did a google search and a search on
Microsoft and did not come up with any hits about the
uvaush.exe file so have no idea what it is or what it
does (I'm guessing the aus part may be due to the fact I
am in Australia??)
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Merry Christmas
