I have all but stopped using Explorer to surf the internet.
One, the popup windows are unreal, which I don't have with
Netscape, and two, and this gets me the most - I am now
having ICONS come up on my desktop from websites. How do I
stop this? http://www.memspeed.com/?code=msmnd410 is the
link to one of them that was placed on my desktop. I have
had my security level on high, I have a firewall, I have
virus protection. How is this happening & how do I stop it?
