What program have you been using for you email? If it support an export
function it should be on the File menu item. For example Outlook express
has it there. So you need to go there and do the export. The copy the file
to the new computer and import it. Between similar programs it should be
easy. If the programs are not similar you may not be as successful.

Make sure your email program has an export function. It
may be either on the file menu or the tools menu. In address
book, select the export function from the menu, but make
sure the address book you want to export is highlighted.
Choose the "to commasep" format. In the name address book
dialog type a name in the filename field and click on ok.
Take a note of where you stored the csv file, then copy the
file you created to floppy or transfer to the other machine
from that location. Then reimport the csv file to the new
address book program.
