811493 Removal Instructions

Many people are reporting their system is slowing down
after installing the patch 811493. I too had the
problem. With the computer I'm working with, it was an
automatic update and was not showing up in the Add/Remove
Programs function. Here's the other way:
Using admin priviledges, and view hidden files enabled,
use Windows Explorer to run the file:
C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallQ811493$\spuninst\spuninst. exe
where c:\windows is your system directory.

That will work. Good luck.
