Backup Utility for XP Home

I have recently bought a Windows XP Home Edition machine
with recovery disk only BUT not the XP Home Edition CD.

However, I wonder is it possible for me to download a
legal copy of Backup Utility from Microsoft ?

AFAIK ntbackup.exe is not provided as a download=20
from MS. This may be due to it being relicensed from=20
Veritas, and perhaps only distributable on the CD.
