I recently upgraded my OS from W2k to WinXPpro. NPF03
worked fine (i.e. internet access and internet email over
AOL Broadband) until the system automatically updated XP -
after which I have to disable the firewall to get web
access over AOL. The firewall is set to allow AOL access.
I tried unintalling and reinstalling NPF03 - this solves
the problem until XP reloads the auto updates.
It looks as if the XP fix overwrites the firewall.
Anyone know a fix for this annoying - circular problem ?
