Very Large Trace.Log File

[Bob]

I recently noticed that a bunch of my hard drive space
was consumed. I found that a trace.log file was growing
by the megs. When I noticed the lack of drive space, the
file had consumed 18 gigs. It's location is
C:\windows\system32\LogFiles\WMI\trace.log.

I have spent hours trying to find a way to stop this
logging.

Help!!!

You ran "bootvis", right? Run it again and turn off the tracing. Reboot!
