i am working with windows XP and a hp deskjet printer
dj 3320
my printer is not being detected by the computer.
i have checked the pnp services they are enabeled
and i am logged in as the admin for the computer.
according to hp a key is made in the registry which needs
to be removed from the registry.
for the dj 3320 printer
the path is:
hkey_local_machine\system\current control
set\enum\usb\VID_03F0&PID_7004
i get an error saying :"error deleting key"
i have cheecked for admin rights and i do have the rights.
i have tried to delete the key in the safe mode.still no
go.
would u tell me what should be done further.i cannot
restore as i have to with up to date records.
