On some of the the application like Flashget, MSN Messenger, Icons on Tool bar looks ugly.
I am attaching a flashget bar. If this server allows to view the inline attachment then you can understand what I mean.
This problem is not visible with Office XP, Outlook Express 6 or any in built Windows Applications.
I am using Windows XP SP1 with Security patches.

Hi Sanjay,
Lets try the following:
1. Click Start, and then click Search.
2. In the Search Companion dialog box, click "All files and folders".
3. Type IconCache.db" (without quotation marks) in the "All or part of the file
name" box
4. In the "Look in" box, choose "Local Hard drives".
5. Click "More advanced options" to make sure that the "Search subfolders", "Search
hidden files and folders" is selected.
6. Click Search.
7. Rename iconcache.db to iconcache.old. Restart your computer after renaming the
file.

Found Iconcache.db in C:\Documents and Settings\sanjay\Local Settings\Application Data
Renamed it, And Rebooted the machine.
Somehow Windows XP does not create New Iconcache.db file. So I copied the file from Admin\Local Settings\Application Data and again rebooted it.
Still Problem is not solved.
is there any registry key related to icons?

Downloaded Powertoy XP.
Rebuilt Icon Cache but still problem remains.
Where are these icons are stored, may be this file itself is damaged.
