how do i change my cd drive letter in win xp?

Right click My Computer, select Manage, Disk Management. In the application
that opens, locate your CD drive in the lower right pane, right click it and
select Change drive letters and Paths.

Right-click "My Computer", select manage. Go down to Disk Management under
Storage. You can use this tool to reletter the CD drive letter by
right-clicking it in the lower graphical view.
