user profiles, clicking the member of tab

[Ben Beach]

I open up computer management, then click on local users
and groups. Then I click the users folder. Then I select
my self and click on my name. There are three tabs,
general, member of, and profile. When I click the member
of tab I get the error, "the following error occured when
attempting to read the properties for user ben beach, the
server service is not started."

Any ideas, this PC was upgraded from WIn Me and it
performs fine otherwise.
I convered the drive to NTFS from FAT 31 two days ago,
but I have had this problem above for about three weeks
now.
