OS in Japanese how to change the menus to display in English

Hello

I have bought Dell PC but it is preloaded with Win XP home
edition in Japanese language. Being non jap I am unable to
follow any menus and setups.

Could you let me know how do I convert the menus to
english.

Like for e.g Internet Explorer I would like to see File,
edit view instead of Japanese words.

Buy and install an english version.
