Digital Line Detect

I need someones help, I am new to Windows XP, I have
noticed in my start up menu I have what is called DIGITAL
LINE DETECT, I need to know what this is and if I need it
running, thank you for your help, desooper

Its probably to do with an App you installed
From its properties check what its pointing to, then find the file through
Explorer, right click on the file/Properties and look at version info etc.
It may give you a clue
