Firewall shuts off when PCpeople dialer starts ??

I have turned on the firewall in the advanced tab in
properties. But every time the dialer starts it shuts off
the firewall. What should I do to keep it on? I have
contacted PeoplePC but have not received a response.
What can I do?

Remove this dialer until you receive an answer from the supplier?
