pc started playing up over a week ago when i wanted to
open msn,my password would not be accepted,now anything
that requires a password will not accept.i have run virus
checks but all come back clear.I am using my laptop and
have no such problems logging on using the same passwords.
Now i can't even use my pc as the windows log on box is
now showing and wont accept password.Have tried pressing
F8 on start up to use soft mode and change administrator
password but log on box appears and puts me back to the
same problem.I have the recovery disk which i may have to
use but will this lose all my files?any help please
