Once I boot up my PC the toolbar freezes and I need to re-
boot (using windows task manager) to fix the problem
witch
Usually takes a few attempts. Also when the problem
occurs I
can open progs on my desk top but their is no tab on the
toolbar as a result when I minimize the prog it closes
instead.
