Having trouble with rotating scanned photos , windows
picture viewer just locks up ..? any ideas..?

You don't provide enough information about your system to get help. How
much RAM do you have? Do you have too many other programs/processes
running? Try using a different image manipulation program and see if
that works. Irfanview is free - I'm not sure if it will do what you
want, but it might be a start.

Hi,

You have not ticked the "Disable Script Debugging" Option in Internet
Options.

To do this, Click on "Internet Options" in the Tools menu of Internet
Explorer. When the dialogue box appears, click on the "Advanced" Tab. This
should show a list of headed scrollable box of options with tick boxes to
the left of them. The second heading should be "Browsing." 4 Tick boxes
down, you should see the option "Disable script debugging." The box to the
left of this should have a tick in it. If your box does not, click in the
box and a green tick will appear. Once you have done this, click "OK"

You should not now see any more of the error messages you reported.
