I installed the above update - described as a security
update, and therefore probably important. Subsequently
every operation on my PC was very noticeably slower. I
restored to a point prior to this installation and
everything is now back to normal.
My only concern is whether security is compromised by
doing this - ie I do not have the 'protection' of 811493.
