unblock a folder

[R_Momene]

Theres is a folder called C:\system volume information that my antivirus
can't open.- When I try to do it windows says "access denie" . It has
nothing to do with admitrator privilages.- Seems like a virus has closed it
on purpose or even created the folder.- Can you tell me how to unblock that
folder?

This is a system folder created by the OS and it is perfectly normal, no virus
or worm has done this to it.

Can you tell me how to unblock that folder, as the antivirus program is
telling me that there is a virus inside.
