I recently purchased a notebook with XP Home on it which
was initally set up by a previous owner, then returned to
the store.
I set up a User Account for myself as administrator, then
removed the previous owner's account. However, the system
folder is still in the orginally owner's nane.
After setting a login password, I cannot gain access to
the notebook. I believe that there is some sort of bug
where it's still looking for the previous owner's password.
If you've got ideas on how to resolve this, please let me
know as soon as possible.
