Do you use Exchange 2000? I got this to work by
installing the Win2000 Adminpak, bypassing the warning,
and then installing Exchange System Manager. You must
have Win2000 Admin tools to install Exchange System
Manager.

My OS is XP Pro SP1
It is Exchange 2000
I am using the Windows Server 2003 Administration Tool Pack.
I can not find a "Win2000 Admin Tools" is the 2003 the same?

Also.... I can not find the "Exchange System Manager." Only a patch:
"Exchange2000-kb815529-x86-enu.exe"
