Getting rid of the alt-ctrl-del screen

Hi,

I posted before with no reply.I have xp home edtion and
all the updates and patches but i wouldn't like to get
rid of the logging into windows screen like win98 just
logs into windows. I tried control userpasswords2 but
it's not the same anymore since the updates and patched.
I don't have the advanced tab anymore. I could use you
help guys.
