#1 Contact the original owner and politely ask for the
Administrator (or admin name) and password.

#2 If you have original CD...do a fresh install.
If some OEM unit...then the files may be on hard drive.

#3 Some posting guidelines may help...

#4 See if you got a "password reset" floppy with the unit.

Heh, when you buy a car..you make sure to get the
registration and keys for it...with a computer you
need the Install CD, certificate of authenticity and
the passwords (then wipe and re-install fresh copy).
