get rid of the Welcome Screen during power on -repost

Done that... That doesn't work. I don't want to trade a
log-on screen for a welcome screen. I want to go
directly to my desktop, after power on without having to
reply to a logon or Welcome screen.

Start -> Run -> Control UserPasswords2

Uncheck box at top.
