Open Word other than My Documents

In Excel, choose TOOLS, OPTIONS, GENERAL, and change
DEFAULT FILE LOCATION.

In Word, choose TOOLS, OPTIONS, FILE LOCATIONS, GILE
TYPES, DOCUMENTS, MODIFY, and enter the FILE NAME.
