unknown program

An application, "kku.exe" keeps re-loading itself from
the startup menu. No matter how many times I try to
delete it, it keeps reinstalling itself. Does anyone
know asnything about this "program" and how I can or
should delete it? Is it a possible virus, worm or trojan?
