Retart

My system wont restart. Sticks on shutting down. Will
close down ok. Can any one help please

you should be able to do a force shut down from the command line (start -->
run --> cmd --> enter) and then type in shutdown.exe -r and hit enter

this will shut down your computer and restart it,

shutdown.exe -s just shuts it down.

Is this a common thing?
