For some reason, those two packates just won't install on
my XP machine. I've tried to download them manually, and
then execute them locally, but it still won't install.
It says something like a service is not started, but I
checked that service and it was already started.
Has anyone else run into this problem? It's bugging me
because it's considered a critical update, and I don't
have it installed.
Any help/info is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
