My computer has been infected with the I-Worm/Klez.H
virus and I have tried a number of anti-virus programs to
remove it but it has not worked. The last version I
tried was the AVG AntiVirus program. It locks up and
won't allow me to open except in safe mode. It instructs
me to remove it using "Windows version of healing
utility" - which I cannot find. Please help!!

Russ;
Where is the virus located?
If it is in System Volume Information:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q263455
Also run the Klez Removal Tool:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.removal.tool.html
Then Scan for Viruses online:
http://security.symantec.com/ssc/home.asp?j=1&langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=VUGFORVWHFHMFNZMBBX
To keep viruaes away, always update your antivirus weekly and also run
it at least weekly.
