Can't uninstall program

Do a search on removing it online...if you do a ctrl alt
delete, there is a program that you have to "end" and
then you can remove it. I don't remember the program name
offhand, but there are a lot of posts about this. I did
it, and it worked very easily! Good luck- and sorry that
I can't remember the name of it!
